The house is perfect for family reunions, corporate or company retreats, and weddings. It has a full kitchen with a four burner commercial grade Wolf range, 36"griddle, broiler, and an oven. In addition there is a 48" Viking gas barbeque on the patio overlooking the lake, where we have hosted a wedding with 70+ guests, as well as the reception. The outdoor hot tub also has breathtaking lake views and a subterranean sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the trails or on the slopes. It's the ideal house for all seasons.

The View and Incredible Sunsets
The view is absolutely breathtaking from this home. Situated several hundred feet above lake level, the entire property looks down on Lake Tahoe from south shore to north shore. That's 22 miles of pristine lake back dropped by the snow capped Sierra Nevada Mountains. The house and outdoor patio are positioned west to capture sunset 365 days a year.

Fjeldheim is located 3 miles northeast of the California/Nevada state line off State Route 207 (called Kingsbury Grade in the Tahoe basin) in Stateline NV. The 207 offers access from Lake Tahoe to the historic towns of the Carson Valley area and Kirkwood Resort.
