The Observation Balcony
The second-floor Observation Balcony is the only balcony that has no direct access to any bedroom. In the summer it serves as a private sun deck in the afternoon, and winter snowfall gets swirled here into graceful otherworldly shapes by the eddies of the wind.Year-round it is an amazing vantage point from which to view Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierras.

The View And Incredible Sunsets
The view is absolutely breathtaking from this home. Situated several hundred feet above lake level, the entire property looks down on Lake Tahoe from south shore to north shore. That's 22 miles of pristine lake back dropped by the snow capped Sierra Nevada Mountains. The house and outdoor patio are positioned west to capture sunset 365 days a year.

Fjeldheim is located 3 miles northeast of the California/Nevada state line off State Route 207 (called Kingsbury Grade in the Tahoe basin) in Stateline NV. The 207 offers access from Lake Tahoe to the historic towns of the Carson Valley area and Kirkwood Resort.
